A live price lookup equals one external fetch of a material or labor rate for a ZIP.

Deduped for 24 hours per SKU + ZIP (cache hits don’t count).
“Use last‑known price” doesn’t count.
Repricing a quote within 24 hours uses cache where possible.

Caps (rolling 30 days)

Starter — 2,500 lookups/seat (≈60 quotes × 40 items)
Rate limit: 3 req/sec, 200/min
Pro — 10,000 lookups/seat (≈150 quotes × 40 items; headroom for Good/Better/Best)
Rate limit: 5 req/sec, 400/min
